Stan and Debbie, founders of S.E.E.D. Ministries, have been married for 40 years, have two daughters and 5 grandchildren.

Stan Kowalczyk, a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Society and National Dean’s List, holds a degree in Statistical Organization. He worked as a lab technician for 30 years until a life-changing accident altered the course of his life. A graduate of Berean University in Pastoral Studies, he founded S.E.E.D. Ministries, Inc. and currently sits on the board as President. Having sat on many church boards, been a key person in building projects, he is a gifted administrator. Using his skills, he has helped many churches create constitutions and by-laws, and put foundational financial practices in order. Stan also speaks and teaches at seminars and is an author.

Debbie, also an ordained minister, is a graphic designer and holds a degree in visual communications. She sits on the board of S.E.E.D. Ministries as Vice President. Together they have been to Guatemala, Mexico, and Israel, teaching, preaching, and using their talents as the Lord opens the doors.
